Who we are

We provide free educational resources for Massachusetts executors and personal representatives, and we help families who decide to sell real estate that is part of an estate.

What we collect

Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you share about an estate or property when you submit a form, request a guide, or contact us.
Public records — Massachusetts probate filings are public records. We may reference publicly filed information such as a docket number, the name of a personal representative, or a property address.
Automatically collected — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics data.

SMS & text messaging

Real estate professionals. If you ask us for help selling estate property, we may share your name, contact details, and property information with a licensed real estate agent in our partner network so they can assist you. We tell you when we do this.
Service providers. Companies that operate our website, email, and CRM systems, and that process data only on our instructions.
Legal requirements. When required by law or to protect our rights.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing, as stated above.
